Find Peace in Chaos: A guided series for
gender identity healing
What if you could find peace amidst the chaos?
I’ve had the honour of working with people who struggle with stress in various forms.
Inspired by our resilience and transformation, I continue to share and (re)introduce the wisdom of yoga nidra to the wisdom of your own body-mind.
words From a client
Hear Nicola’s Story of recovery…
“Thank you Regan for sharing your teachings and the gift of yoga Nidra with me, creating a resultant pathway to healing, life balance, intention and well being.
I did not know this was missing in my life until you revealed it to me. It became perfectly clear.
Your wholehearted and peaceful presence, your generous spirit, listening and working with me from a place of curiosity, compassion and patience to create a practise that specifically works for me was a beautiful experience.
Each day I looked forward to our connection and invitation to practise, knowing just how immensely impactful it was going to be.
I am so very grateful for this journey with you, enabling a fundamental shift in my life and well being.
Thank you!” – Nicola P., Canada
What is yoga nidra?
Yoga nidra is a powerful practice that helps you enter a state of deep relaxation and inner calm – of finding peace amidst the internal and external chaos.
It’s a form of guided meditation that can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age or experience level.
Perfect for those who “can’t meditate”.

- Calm the nervous system and cultivate a sense of safety and groundedness
