A supportive program to help you out of persistent back pain, honouring your unique story and needs alongside being a mother.

In this 3-month series, I will show you how to get relief, reconnect and retrain your body in a way that helps you create ease on the mat and in your life.


In this package:

  • 20 minute intake call to assess your unique situation
  • 9x 60 minutes of one-on-one time with me, live online
  • A personalised program for for you whether you are 6 weeks to many years postpartum
  • Learn about your body and the “core”, pelvic floor, ab separation (diastasis rectii) and how you can support your body postpartum
  • Mind & body exercises to gain relief, retrain and refine your unique patterning
  • Email and Voxer support between sessions, for 3 full months
  • 30 minute follow up call after the series for additional support
