Standalone workshops for in-depth exploration and understanding of one to two yoga asana (pose). Come explore all the different aspects of yoga poses you may normally only hold for a moment, like: What does the body need to do to get in and out of the pose? How do I currently get into the asana? What’s working for me and what feels “off”? How can I increase my strength and stability for the pose? What do my emotional and mental states, body type, and breathing patterns have to do with the asana?
