As a curious student and practitioner of yoga, I’ve spent 17 years exploring various styles, methods and approaches to healing (although I didn’t call it “healing” for most of those years).
Having experienced chronic, debilitating back pain first-hand – I had to be my own best student, more times than I can count. I’ve also seen others transform and figure out what works for them despite their diagnoses (or lack thereof). People got better, in different ways, time and time again.
I’ve finished programs in doing what I do, but most of what I’ve learned came from working with clients, one on one and in small groups, and getting really good at understanding the person in front me and supporting them in their process.
