Natural healing as an empowering process.
What I offer could be a fit for you if…
You’re ready to move past going from one expert after another to “fix the problem“.
You want to be an active participant in your recovery so you can get clarity and take action towards your health and healing.
You’ve done some work and reflection around healing and recovery.
You’ve learned a lot from various sources and carry your own wisdom in the process. You might know that there is physical, emotional and mental aspects to your experience and in getting better, although you don’t know how they tie in together.
You’ve been able to get some relief from pain, but unable to make it stick.
You’ve seen many skilled health professionals that have provided relief, yet the pain comes back no matter what you do or who you see.
"Today was my first day of sustained deep healing (since the beginning of my cancer journey) growing from our time together this morning. My intention was to hold space for the lightness and peace, contentedness that I felt. A treasure."

FAQs
I’m interested in a service. What’s my first step?
Send me text or a message and we’ll set up a 15 minute consult, or book the call here. In this call, we will discuss what brings you in, determine fit, and answer any questions you may have. At the end of your consult, we may set up an appointment for a longer session.
What can I expect from my first longer session?
It’s normal to feel a little nervous in your first session. In this first session, we will get to know you better. We’ll review your intake form, and might ask about your life currently, your routines, your relationships, your support system, and any symptoms you might be experiencing. The vision for this first session is that you feel comfortable, and we understand your needs and some wellness goals.
Are online therapies and healing sessions effective?
What I offer you is a process of recovery, self-discovery and connection. You have the choice to choose the next step that is right for you, including the way in which you would like to connect with someone. What I can say is that in my practice, I have experienced and witnessed virtual therapy to be as helpful as in-person therapy. The sense of connection that is vital to a healthy, therapeutic relationship is very much achievable even by distance.
Are your services covered by insurance?
Each plan and policy is different, however, as far as I am aware, insurance companies currently do not cover my services.
If you are going through financial hardship, please reach out and we can see what’s possible. We can look at options for a more affordable online therapy.
